Is my coffee order guaranteed to ship?

Unfortunately your coffee is not guaranteed to ship. Though, it is highly likely your order will ship. The coffee supply chain can be unpredictable. The availability of freight options within the price paid, a timely shipment, and the quality of the coffee are all difficult to guarantee. 

Our export and import partners have agreed to support the marketplace. They will be as flexible as possible to help ensure your coffee is shipped in a timely cost effective manner. If your coffees do not ship, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of any samples.
