When can I expect my order to arrive?

For all sample orders, we will ship the samples as soon as possible with 2-day transit times. Please evaluate the samples for purchase as soon as possible after receipt. The coffees you sample are limited in quantity and will remain open for sale during your decision process. Expediting your evaluation process will increase your chances of being able to purchase the coffee sampled.

For all lot orders, you will receive shipping updates from us as your coffee progress through the supply chain. Ocean Freight is estimated to take 12 to 16 weeks for delivery from the time of order. Air Freight is estimated to take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from the time of order. Keep in mind air freight is only available in pallet (10 bag) increments.
